Admissions
Little Mountain is a school for families who call Pai home. Families with a permanent, long term residence in Pai can join the waiting list for kindergarten from age 2, with a view to starting when the child is 4 years old (or very close to 4).
Whilst we would love to welcome all children who wish to join the school, as a small community school we are not able to provide very short-term placements to families visiting Pai. Little Mountain is a school for Pai residents or those who arrive and wish to stay long-term. It is also for those who are seeking an alternative to mainstream Thai education within their community – as set out in our School Mission. For this reason, Little Mountain has limited places and cannot offer places to children moving to the area to attend Little Mountain for less than 2-3 full school terms.

ลิตเติ้ลเมาน์เทนเป็นบ้านเรียนสําหรับครอบครัวในปาย และครอบครัวที่อาศัยอยู่ระยะยาว สำหรับท่านที่สนใจจะให้เด็กๆของท่านลงชื่อเพื่อรอเข้าเรียนที่ลิตเติ้ลเมาเท่นในชั้นอนุบาล สามารถลงชื่อได้ ตั้งแต่อายุ 2 ขวบ และสามารถเข้าร่วมเป็นสมาชิกบ้านเรียนได้เมื่อบุตรหลานของท่านอายุ 4 ปี (หรือเกือบ 4 ปี)

New Admissions
Children can join our school at the start of the new academic year in the month of May, from age 4 (or on the cusp of turning 4), or by join the waiting list from aged 2. Please note, in some cases, we may accept students at the start of the second term, however this is not always possible and should not be anticipated when applying.
If you would like to add your child to the waiting list for the following year or if your child is older and wishes to join a current grade group, please download and check the admissions criteria first, before contacting the school about new admissions.

การรับสมัครนักเรียนใหม่
เด็ก ๆ สามารถเข้าร่วมโรงเรียนของเราช่วงต้นปีการศึกษาใหม่ในเดือนพฤษภาคม เรารับนักเรียนตั้งแต่อายุ 4 หรือเกือบ 4 ปี หรือเข้าร่วมรายการลงชื่อรอเข้าเรียนได้ตั้งแต่อายุ 2 ปี โปรดทราบว่าในบางกรณีเราอาจมีการรับนักเรียนในช่วงเทอมที่สอง แต่อย่างไรก็ตามเราจะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีไป และไม่ควรคาดหวังเมื่อท่านมาสมัคร

Term dates
There are two terms per school year. Term 1 starts in early May and usually ends at the end of September. Term 2 usually starts mid to late October and ends in early March.
Term dates 2024-25 school years:
Term 1: 6th May, 24 – 17th September, 24
Term2: 7th October, 24 – 6th March, 25

Tuition fees
As a community not-for-profit school, Little Mountain requires payment from families at the start of each new term to cover the core costs of running the school.
Details of current fees can be found here.
Funds raised through fundraising or from donations are not included in the current budget and will be put towards special projects or equipment in collaboration with the parent-led Fundraising Team.
